The future of augmented reality is not just about individual experiences; it's about shared realities. We challenge you to leverage the power of Snap Spectacles' Connected Lenses to create innovative, engaging, and collaborative AR experiences.

What to Build

Develop a Connected Lens application that enables multiple users to interact within a shared augmented reality environment. Your project should demonstrate a compelling use case for collaborative AR, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with this emerging technology.

The application must:

 

  • Utilize Snap Spectacles' Connected Lenses features to create a shared AR experience.
  • Demonstrate real-time interaction and synchronization between multiple users.
  • Design a user-friendly interface and intuitive interaction mechanisms.
  • Clearly articulate the problem your application solves and its potential impact.
  • Utilize Lens Studio and the Spectacles Sync Kit. 

What to Submit

  • URL to presentation deck / slides
  • Demo Video
  • Description explaining the features and functionality
  • (Optional) Provide a URL to the hosted and functional Lens.
